UIC statement on the number of participants in the May 26 opposition rally

Today, on May 26, the opposition “Resistance” movement was holding a rally in France Square in Yerevan from 8:00 p.m.

The Union of Informed Citizens carried out an aerial count of the participants of the rally, as a result of which it was revealed that as of that as of 20:08 there were about 2,650 people in France Square and surrounding areas.

It should be noted that some participants of the rally might not be visible due to being under trees or tents.

The calculation was performed through individual counting of participants.
