On September 28, the Union of Informed Citizens organized a public discussion on judicial reform at Yerevan State University with the participation of the Minister of Justice Karen Andreasyan.<\/p>\n

Students from Yerevan State University had the opportunity to get acquainted with the judicial reforms, as well as to address their concerns to the Minister.<\/p>\n

In addition, on the same day, the Union of Informed Citizens organized a study visit for the students of YSU Ijevan Branch to the newly established Corruption Prevention Commission.<\/p>\n

During the study visit, the students got acquainted with the structure and activities of the newly established anti-corruption body, as well as gained an overview of the new strategy adopted by the state in the fight against corruption.<\/p>\n

The above events are supported by Freedom House and are part of a series of events aimed at raising awareness and engaging students in key reforms in the country.<\/p>\n
