Statement of the Union of Informed Citizens on the number of participants in the pre-election rally of the Prosperous Armenia Party on June 17

On June 17, 7:00pm, the final pre-election rally of the “Prosperous Armenia” party started in Freedom Square in Yerevan.

The Union of Informed Citizens counted the number of participants of the rally through aerial photography. As of 19:33, about 4600 people were in Freedom Square. The calculation was done through the individual count of the participants.

It should be noted that the number does not include citizens sheltered from the sun under trees, who cannot be seen in the aerial photograph of the drone.
