Public debates on introducing the Police Patrol Service held in Vayots Dzor region

On October 25, in Yeghegnadzor and Vayk cities of Vayots Dzor regions, public debates were held regarding police reform and introduction of Patrol Service in RA regions.

In the city of Yeghegnadzor, the debate took place in the Regional State College of Vayots Dzor, and in Vayk- in the meeting hall of the municipality.

The students and other citizens participating in the meeting had the opportunity to ask questions about the police and the Patrol Service to Daniel Ioannisyan, a member of the Police Reforms Coordinating Council, representative of the Union of Informed Citizens NGO, and to the patrol officers who are already on duty.

It should be noted that these debates are supported by the Freedom House organization, and their purpose is to make students aware and participate in the key reforms taking place in the country.
