Many believe that Russia, as Armenia’s ally, Russia sells gas to Armenia at preferential prices, says the Union of Informed Citizens NGO.
“On April 7, the sides signed an agreement in Yerevan under which Russia reduced the price of natural gas supplied to Armenia to $ 150 per 1,000 cubic meters. And yet, consumers in Armenia pay for Russian gas more than citizens living in the countries that Russians view as their enemy.
In the video, we tried to understand and analyze how gas prices are determined for Armenian consumers,” the Union said.
