The Treaty on Border Guard Troops of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Armenia

In view of the discussions on the legal aspects of the decision by the Russian Border Guard Troops in the Republic of Armenia to transfer Valery Permyakov to the leadership of the Russian military base, it is deemed expedient to publish the Russian, Armenian and English versions of the Treaty of September 30, 1992 between the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation on the Status of the Border Guard Troops of the Russian Federation Deployed on the Territory of the Republic of Armenia and the Conditions of the Operation thereof.
