The statement of UIC on the number of participants in the December 17 opposition march

Today, on December 17, another march of the opposition parties demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took place.

This time, the “Union of Informed Citizens” determined the number of participants in the march through aerial photography and individual counting of participants.

In particular, the photos were taken at 5:40p.m. in the section of Kievyan Bridge. 1700 people took part in the opposition march at the mentioned time.

Moreover, it should be noted that due to the weather conditions, some of the protesters were holding umbrellas, in which case we counted two people to avoid possible mistakes.
