FIP.am at the Public Journalism Club Awards

On April 27, the Public Journalism Club hosted an award ceremony organized by the Public Journalism Club entitled “Freedom of Information and Fact-checking during the Pandemic.”

The winner of the award was the article “Prevent Accidents on the Roads Near Yerevan: #REGULATE_TRAFFIC” by Zhanna Sargsyan and Samvel Shahnazaryan which was published on FIP.am fact-checking platform of the Union of Informed Citizens on March 19 last years.

In addition, during the event, our team member Ani Avetisyan received an encouragement award for the article “The National Assembly Continues the Practice of Procurement without a Tender.”
