A seminar-discussion titled “Anti-corruption reforms in Armenia” was held in Tsaghkadzor

On April 15 and 16, a seminar-discussion dedicated to anti-corruption reforms organized by the Union of Informed Citizens NGO took place in Tsaghkadzor.

Sasun Khachatryan, Chairperson of the Anti-Corruption Committee, Haykuhi Harutyunyan, Chairperson of the Corruption Prevention Commission, Karen Karapetyan, Deputy Minister of Justice, Anna Melikyan, Legal Affairs Expert at “Protection of Rights Without Borders” NGO, Daniel Ioannisyan, Programs Coordinator of Union of Informed Citizens NGO, spoke for journalists and influencers.

The speakers introduced the anti-corruption reforms, the difficulties that arose during their implementation, as well as the process of developing a new anti-corruption strategy.

The project is implemented with the support of the international human rights organization Freedom House.
