Training on introduction of new procurement and declaration systems held in Tsaghkadzor on May 27-28

A training on the introduction of new procurement and declaration systems was organized by the Union of Informed Citizens NGO in Tsaghkadzor on May 27-28.

About 20 journalists from different Armenian media outlets participated in the training.

The speakers were Deputy Minister of Finance Avag Avanesyan, Chairperson of the Corruption Prevention Commission Haykuhi Harutyunyan, Head of the Department of Analysis of Declarations of the Corruption Prevention Commission Karen Hakobyan, state finance management expert Artak Kyrumyan, representative of Transparency International Anti-Corruption Center Armen Khudaverdyan.

Daniel Ioannisyan, Programs Coordinator at Union of Informed Citizens NGO, made an opening speech.

The speakers introduced details about the new state procurement system, explained the principles of the new system and answered the questions of the journalists.
