Students of the Armenian-Russian University meet with the chairperson of the Anti-Corruption Committee

On June 30, at the initiative of the Union of Informed Citizens NGO, the students of the Faculty of Law of the Armenian-Russian Slavonic University visited the RA Anti-Corruption Committee. The visit was organized with the support of Freedom House within the framework of the Advancing Democratic Culture in Armenia project.

The students met with Sasun Khachatryan, the chairperson of the Anti-Corruption Committee. The meeting took place in the question and answer format.

Speaking about the problems the Committee faces, the chairperson gave examples from his practice, made comparisons between the previous, current and soon-to-be-enforced legal regulations, as well as spoke about the importance of building public intolerance towards corruption. At the end, he answered the students’ questions.
