Why should the Electoral Code be amended? (video)

On April 2 2017, parliamentary elections were held in Armenia, as a result of which the Republican Party of Armenia formed the parliamentary majority.

No ballot stuffing or other mass falsifications were recorded in polling stations during voting. However, as a result of widespread apathy towards the elections, a parliament was formed through district lists or the so called “rating system” that did not reflect the public’s stance.
