Union of Informed Citizens Stepanakert Office to conduct election observation in Artsakh local elections

“Union of Informed Citizens Stepanakert Office” NGO will be monitoring local elections in the Republic of Artsakh to be held on September 8.

By the decree of the Government of the Republic of Armenia 16 million 200 thousand AMD has been allocated to the organization to monitor the elections in Artsakh.

The money will be used for the short-term observation mission, preparation of voter awareness-raising videos, and media monitoring purposes.

Vahram Toqmajyan, Executive Director of Union of Informed Citizens Stepanakert Office will coordinate the observation mission on the election day.
